The house has 2 apartments, one on the first floor, "Sandro", and the other one on the ground floor, "Jule" (about 130 square meters). The apartment on the ground floor is spacious and can host up to 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and bath tub and a separated WC. It also has a wonderful winter garden (not heated in winter).
The apartment on the first floor is composed of one double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a small balcony facing south.
The house has also a big garden. In front of the house you will find a parking place (free of charge) and a playground.
Sabine and Stefano Mariucci will be pleased to welcome you!
In July and August the apartment Jule will be rented only for up to 5 persons.
